Series / My Artist Statement

My artist statement:
Question #1:
I learned a lot in this quarter and I am really happy that I took this class.
I learned that I have to think about before I take the picture.
And I also learned how to use PS. It was really exciting for me to use Ps, because I never used it before and I think that I am able to do a few things with it now, like creating a layer mask, changing the colors of objects or feathering things.
Question #3:
I don’t really have any goals. I actually just want to continue to take pictures and improve myself of getting better in it.
Question #5:
My interest in photography began when I was about eleven years old. Every year when I was traveling to a different place I wanted to take pictures to have a memory. I wanted to show everyone what I had seen and what I did and stuff like that.

PS Tutorial

I chose to do the water reflection tutorial.
It was actually a lot of fun doing it and I also learned a lot. The author of the tutorial was great. He explained step by step so it was easy for me to understand everything..:)

Andy Goldsworthy

Andy Goldsworthy is an awesome photographer and architect. He uses the nature for his pictures and shows that the nature does what it wants to do. An example might be this image. In this image he puts a lot of branches in water and he waits until the water starts carrying them away. By doing this he shows that the nature does what it wants to do.
I really like what he does with the nature and the way he changes it.
